Talent Services

One of the most exciting roles at the festival is making sure our musicians have everything they need.

Every team will be managed by an assigned coordinator.

Responsibilities

  • Festival Transport Liaison
  • Festival Hospitality Crew (Accommodation, Dressing Rooms, Refreshments)
  • Artist Assistance Crew

Sponsorship, F & B tenant and Partners

Volunteering in the Sponsorship Team gives you a front-row seat to the business side of the festival—where partnerships, brands, and opportunities come together to make the event possible. It’s the perfect role if you’re curious about how major companies collaborate with large-scale events and want to build real-world experience in relationship management, negotiation support, and brand activation.

Every team will be managed by an assigned coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist sponsors and partners on-site and ensure their needs are fulfilled
  • Support the setup and operation of sponsor booths and brand activations
  • Ensure correct placement of sponsor signage and branding materials
  • Act as a liaison between sponsors and the festival team
  • Help with VIP hospitality and guided access
  • Document sponsor activities for post-event reports
  • Provide general on-site support and help resolve issues quickly
Required Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to make data-informed decisions
  • Proficient in Microsoft
  • Enjoys working outdoors
  • Physically fit and able to handle on-site activities
  • Collaborative, team-oriented mindset

  • Availability before, during, and after the event (approximately 2–5 weeks)

Promotion & Media Handling

You will gain practical experience by supporting media partners, coordinating press activities, assisting journalists, and helping manage content flow throughout one of the region’s largest festivals. This role offers an excellent opportunity to strengthen your communication skills, learn how media operates in real time, and collaborate with professionals in broadcasting, digital media, and journalism.

General Required Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in English

  • Social media management skills and confidence in using smartphones (for Social Network Management)
  • Good writing skills (for Social Network Management)
  • Basic photography and/or videography abilities are a plus (for Social Network Management)

  • Openness to learning and adapting
Additional required skills for the Festival newsroom:
  • A strong interest in journalism, broadcasting, and storytelling

  • Previous volunteer experience in journalism or media is an advantage.

Merchandise

Join the Festival Merchandise Team and get a front-row experience of the festival’s most vibrant moments when fans grab their favourite merch and take-home memories. If you love interacting with crowds and want real-world practice in retail or customer service, this is the place to be.

The team will be managed by an assigned coordinator.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and maintain merchandise booths
  • Assist customers and provide product information
  • Handle sales transactions and operate POS systems (Cashier background is a must)
  • Restock and manage inventory during the event
  • Keep the booth organized, clean, and visually appealing
  • Support crowd flow and manage customer queues
  • Work with the team on daily opening and closing duties
Required Skills:

  • Availability prior to, during, and after the event

Ticketing

It’s an ideal role if you enjoy interacting with people, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment. You will gain valuable experience in customer service, crowd management, problem-solving, and on-the-spot decision-making skills that are highly useful for future careers in events, hospitality, and operations.

IT & Access Control

Gain hands on experience supporting network setups, troubleshooting devices, assisting with ticketing equipment, helping maintain communication systems, and ensuring all technical components function reliably throughout the festival. It’s a fantastic opportunity to develop real-world IT skills, strengthen your ability to think quickly under pressure, and work with experienced professionals in tech and event operations.

ID Card Division

Managing ID card production and distribution

Photographer

You will also collaborate with the promotion and marketing teams to produce content that may be featured across festival platforms, giving your work real visibility. Plus, you will see the festival from unique perspectives that most attendees never get to witness—from backstage access to front-row vantage points.

Videographer

Join the Festival Videographer Documentation Team and dive straight into the festival’s biggest, boldest moments. If filmmaking and storytelling fuel your creativity, this role gives you the perfect opportunity to capture the energy and magic that make the festival come alive.

  • Must own a DSLR or mirrorless camera
