Terms & Conditions:

1. Only media companies that have been actively operating within the past twelve (12) months will be considered eligible for press registration.
2. Media companies wishing to cover the event may designate only one representative to complete the press registration on their behalf.
3. Media applicants must complete the registration form in full to be considered for approval or event coverage.
4. You may register your media company only once. Please ensure that all required information is submitted, and carefully review all details and spellings before finalizing the form.
5. The assigned editor or producer is required to provide a formal letter of assignment on the company’s official letterhead for each attendee as part of the online registration process. The letter must include a description of the media organization, the name(s) of the journalist(s) assigned to attend, and the scope of the intended coverage. For multiple attendees, a single letter containing all relevant information for each individual is sufficient, provided it is uploaded with each respective registration. Freelance journalists or photographers must also submit an official letter of assignment from the publication they are representing.
6. Requests for press credentials or press IDs will only be considered when submitted through the official online registration system, with all required fields completed in full. Registration requests submitted via e-mail will not be accepted.
7. Any changes to the designated press members covering the festival must be supported by an official letter from the media company.
8. Submission of a press registration form does not guarantee the approval or issuance of press credentials or a press ID.
9. PT. Java Festival Production reserves the sole right to approve or deny any press registration for Java Jazz Festival 2026. All decisions are final and not subject to appeal or challenge.
10. Please refrain from contacting us via e-mail to inquire about the status of your registration. You will be notified directly should your application be approved.

Regulations on the Allocation of Press IDs/Credentials per Media (please read carefully)

Online Media	:	2 (two) Press IDs for journalists and photographers.
Print Media	:	2 (two) Press IDs for journalists and photographers.
Radio	:	2 (two) Press IDs for journalist.
TV	:	3 (three) Press IDs for 1 (one) videographer, 2 (two) producer/creative.

Please be advised that the number of Press IDs / Credentials available for the event is limited.
Kindly complete and submit the press registration form no later than Friday, 8th of May 2026. Incomplete submissions or forms that do not include all required information will be automatically rejected.
By submitting the press registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.

Syarat dan Ketentuan:

1. Hanya perusahaan media yang aktif beroperasi dalam dua belas (12) bulan terakhir yang akan dianggap memenuhi syarat untuk registrasi pers.
2. Perusahaan media yang ingin meliput acara hanya dapat menunjuk satu perwakilan untuk menyelesaikan registrasi pers atas nama mereka.
3. alon media harus mengisi formulir registrasi secara lengkap agar dapat dipertimbangkan untuk diberikan persetujuan peliputan acara.
4. Anda hanya dapat mendaftarkan perusahaan media Anda satu kali. Pastikan semua informasi yang diperlukan telah dilengkapi, dan mohon untuk memeriksa kembali semua detil dan ejaan sebelum menyelesaikan formulir.
5. Editor atau produser yang ditunjuk diwajibkan untuk memberikan surat tugas resmi dengan kop surat resmi perusahaan kepada setiap peserta sebagai bagian dari proses registrasi daring. Surat tersebut harus mencantumkan deskripsi perusahaan media, nama jurnalis yang ditugaskan untuk hadir, dan cakupan liputan yang diinginkan. Untuk pengajuan beberapa peserta, satu surat yang berisi semua informasi relevan untuk setiap individu sudah cukup, dengan syarat diunggah bersama pada saat pendaftaran. Jurnalis atau fotografer freelance juga wajib menyerahkan surat tugas resmi dari publikasi yang diwakilinya.
6. Permohonan kredensial pers atau ID pers hanya akan dipertimbangkan jika diajukan melalui sistem pendaftaran daring resmi, dengan semua kolom yang diperlukan telah diisi lengkap. Permohonan pendaftaran yang diajukan melalui email tidak akan diterima.
7. Setiap perubahan anggota pers yang ditunjuk untuk meliput festival harus disertai dengan surat resmi dari perusahaan media.
8. Pengajuan formulir pendaftaran pers tidak menjamin persetujuan atau penerbitan kredensial pers atau ID pers.
9. PT. Java Festival Production berhak untuk menyetujui atau menolak pendaftaran pers untuk Java Jazz Festival 2026. Semua keputusan bersifat final dan tidak dapat diganggu gugat atau digugat.
10. Mohon untuk tidak menghubungi kami melalui email untuk menanyakan status pendaftaran Anda. Anda akan dihubungi secara langsung jika permohonan Anda disetujui.

Peraturan Tentang Jumlah Press Id/kredit Per Media/outlet (Mohon dibaca dengan seksama)

Online Media	:	2 (dua) ID Pers untuk jurnalis dan fotografer.
Media Cetak	:	2 (dua) ID Pers untuk jurnalis dan fotografer.
Radio	:	2 (dua) ID Pers IDs untuk jurnalis.
TV	:	3 (tiga) ID Pers untuk 1 (satu) videografi, 2 (dua) Produser/Kreatif.

Harap diperhatikan bahwa jumlah ID/Kredensial Pers yang tersedia untuk acara adalah terbatas.
Mohon isi dan lengkapi formulir pendaftaran pers paling lambat Jumat, 8 Mei 2026. Pengajuan yang tidak lengkap atau formulir yang tidak memuat semua informasi yang dipersyaratkan akan ditolak secara otomatis.
Dengan mengirimkan formulir pendaftaran pers, Anda mengerti dan menyetujui syarat dan ketentuan yang diuraikan di atas.
