MEDIA REGISTRATION

FOR FESTIVAL COVERAGE ONLY

Please read the following terms and conditions before applying for press accreditation.

Terms & Conditions:
  1. To be considered for approval, media applicants must complete the registration form.
  2. The media representative assigned to the event must have received the entire dose of COVID-19 vaccine in order to cover the event.
  3. For ALL personnel wishing to cover the event on behalf of the company, only one assigned representative from your media is permitted to complete the registration.
  4. Only if the media has been active in the last 12 months, press registration will be considered.
  5. You can only register your media once. Please enter the required information. Before submitting the form, double-check all of the information given and spellings.
  6. The assigned Editor/Producer MUST provide a letter of assignment on the Company's letterhead on behalf of each individual attendee as part of this online registration, stating a description of your media, the name of the journalist(s) assigned to attend, and the scope of the coverage. If you are submitting multiple attendees, you only need to write one letter of assignment that includes information for each individual on one document. Just remember to re-attach it to each individual registration. You must be on assignment from a publication and provide an official letter of assignment if you are a freelance journalist or photographer.
  7. Requests for Press Credentials/Press ID will only be considered if they are submitted through this official online process and the form is filled out completely. E-mail registration requests will not be accepted.
  8. There will be no personnel change after you submit the press registration.
  9. Submitting a press registration form does not guarantee that you will be granted Press Credentials/Press ID.
  10. The Jakarta International BNI Java Jazz Festival 2024 Committee reserves the right to accept or reject any press registration. The decision is final and may not be challenged.
  11. Please do not contact us via email about the status of your registration. If your registration is approved, you will be contacted.
REGULATION REGARDING THE AMOUNT OF PRESS ID/CREDIT PER MEDIA/OUTLET (Please read carefully)
Online Media: 2 (two) Press IDs for Journalist and Photographer.
Print Media: 2 (two) Press IDs for Journalist and Photographer
Radio: 1 (one) Press IDs Journalists.
TV: 3 (three) Press IDs for 1 (one) Journalist, 1 (one) Cameraman,
1 (one) Producer/Creative.

Please keep in mind that there are only a limited number of Press IDs available for the JAKARTA INTERNATIONAL BNI JAVA JAZZ FESTIVAL 2024.
Please fill out the following Press Registration form by Friday, May 12, 2023. Press Registrations that do not provide all of the requested information below will automatically be rejected.
By submitting the press registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
